Cancellation Policy

However, to ensure the best possible service for all, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your session without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions to the cancellation policy.
